1. Fundamental Guiding Principle : Support and re-establish traditional customs and traditions of Hindu Samaj, propagate extreme nationalism, establish strong people friendly democratic and truly secular, government & bureaucracy.

2. Flag : Flag will be of Saffron colour of 2 x 3 dimension with 'lighted oil lamp' (Jalta Diya) marked at centre of the flag and Jan Sangh Party written below it. The flame will be towards flag staff.

3. Rashtriya Marg Darshak Mandal : It is supreme body of the party comprising upto eleven members who have proved themselves as committed nationalists and supporters of Hindutva i.e. customs, tradition and rituals of Vedic/Sanatan (Manav) Dharma. They need not be even primary members of the Party. Their decision will be binding on all including National President. Current members of the Mandal are :
