1. Reservation : We are against current policy on reservations to various classes or caste. We are for reservation to those (1) who live below poverty line irrespective of their caste, creed or sect, (2) who are physically handicapped and (3) who retire from Govt. Service at young age like PBOR's and Short Service Commissioned Officers from Defence services. However they must meet minimum qualifications for selection.

2. Curse of Caste System : We are against the evil of caste system prevalent in Hindu society. Now it is being practiced by followers of major Religions in India like Muslims and Christians. Our party shall not have SC/ST morcha.

3. Minority Communities : We feel that religion and practicing of religious rituals is absolutely personal matter and these should be practiced without causing inconvenience of others. Administration shall maintain law and order at all costs. We believe that all citizens are children of 'Bharat Mata' and would get equal treatment from Govt. Our party shall not have minority morcha.

4. Infrastructure : So far planned development of infrastructure in the country has not taken place. It seems to have been mostly done on political considerations. One burning example is providing railways in Kashmir Valley at great cost and not developing network of roads in North Eastern states. Our party will develop backward states/areas and provide Education, Health Services, Security and basic infrastructure on priority.

5.Temporary provisions of Constitution of India : Our party shall make utmost efforts to remove all clauses in constitution of India which were included in it as temporary measures, but are being continued as a policy for appeasement of certain section of society or region even after 60 years of its adoption.

6. States re-organisation commission : From the time our states, were created / re-organised mainly on the basis of language, there have been large number of agitations at times very violent, for formation of new states or redrawing of their boundaries. Our party shall constitute State Re-organisation Commission to dispassionately consider demand for creation of new states or realignment of their boundaries. Main considerations being their economic viability, ethnic harmony, customs, traditions and their reasonable size. The language and religion shall not be factors for creation / re-alignment of boundaries of proposed states.

7. Terrorism : We shall have zero tolerance for terrorism sponsored from across the borders and/or internally generated on political or religious grounds. Extremist movement generated internally due to social or economic reasons shall be controlled with minimum use of force and removal of cause of decent on priority and involving local population in process of development and maintenance of peace.

8. Administrative Reforms : Effective action shall be taken to expedite and enforce suitable reforms in Judicial system, Police and other civil services by revoking and replacing old rules, laws and acts enacted before 1947. Aim would be to make public servants, serve the public in transparent, effective and civil manner with zero tolerance for corruption, adulteration and crimes against society at large.

9. Defence Forces : Party shall restore position of past glory to Defence forces and protect them from political interferences and over control of bureaucracy. We shall provide for lateral induction of Defence personnel into civil services to keep it young, effective and enhance their carrier prospects.

10. National and Link Language : Party considers all languages included in Schedule-8 of the constitution to be languages of India. We shall declare Sanskrit (Mother of all Indian languages) to be National Language, Devnagari to be National Script and Hindi to be National Link Language. School and Colleges will be free to teach English along with other foreign languages as optional subjects.
